Who we are

The Kiwi Families Concierge (the “Concierge”) is operated by Kiwi Families (kiwifamilies.co.nz). If you have any questions about this policy or your data, email liz@kiwifamilies.co.nz.

What we collect

• Your first name, email address, and selected family stage.
• The questions and messages you send to the Concierge.
• Basic technical data (IP address, session identifier) used solely to prevent abuse and apply rate limits.

How we use it

• To generate your personalised playbook and email it to you.
• To send you weekly ideas, meal plans, and tips from Kiwi Families. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
• To keep the service safe (spam/bot prevention via Cloudflare Turnstile and rate-limiting).

Who processes your data

We share the minimum data needed with trusted service providers: our email platform (MailerLite), our AI provider (used to generate responses), Cloudflare (bot protection), and our hosting/database provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Your rights

Under the NZ Privacy Act 2020, UK GDPR, and applicable US state laws (including the CCPA/CPRA), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Email liz@kiwifamilies.co.nz and we'll action your request.

AI disclosure

The Concierge is an automated AI assistant, not a human. Responses are generated by a large language model and are general information only — they are not medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional for your specific situation.
