What the Concierge is
The Kiwi Families Concierge is a free automated AI assistant provided by Kiwi Families. It shares general parenting ideas drawn from our 20+ year article library. It is not a human, not a professional, and not a replacement for one.
Not professional advice
Nothing the Concierge says is medical, legal, psychological, financial, or safety advice. If your child is unwell, at risk, or you're facing a serious decision, please consult a qualified professional or your local emergency service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (e.g. 111 in NZ, 999 in the UK, 911 in the US).
Accuracy
AI responses can be wrong, out of date, or incomplete. Use your own judgement. Kiwi Families is not liable for decisions made based on the Concierge's output.
Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to abuse, overload, or exploit the service.
- Don't share information about anyone else without their consent.
- Don't use the Concierge for anything unlawful.
